Its roots date back to the early 1960's with the development of a corrosion barrier system for lining concrete pipe in its uncured state. Marketed under the trade name Mainstay®, this 100% solids epoxy lining system was applied to the uncured concrete pipe at the manufacturing facility. Since its introduction, more than 25 million square feet of pipe have been lined with this system.
